Mixed Medias, Sculptures, Drawings & Rare Prints

While in Los Angeles art school in the 1960s, George Rodrigue made hundreds of drawings in his figure drawing classes, most of which are now in the family archives, private collections or unfortunately lost over time.

Drawing and other classes like automotive design remained a key element in his forty-five year career, and served as the basis for everything he created, including his one-of-a-kind mixed medias, original silkscreens as well as his bronze, and later chrome sculptures.

Occasionally, Rodrigue Studios acquires selections from this exceptional and exceedingly rare collection, as well as other unique mixed medias, sculptures and out-of-print or rare silkscreens. These opportunities are infrequent and unpredictable, however, we are honored to share them with our collectors when they become available.

Current rare selections of Rodrigue’s work can be viewed below.  Unfortunately, these are not available online; so we ask that you please Contact Us to request additional information and to check availability.
