NEW RELEASE:<\/b> \u00a0Exactly ten years since he painted it, <\/span>Rodrigue Studios is pleased to present a stunning Fine Art silkscreen based on George Rodrigue\u2019s 2008 painting, Walk With Me to the Future<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This vibrant and surreal visual statement celebrates the mystery of life\u2019s journey, while appreciating the blessing of companionship \u2014perhaps human, perhaps animal– along the way.<\/span><\/p>\n

The print\u2019s official release coincided with the exhibition, Rodrigue\u2019s Swirling Vision: \u00a0The Sun, Cosmos, and Hurricanes<\/i><\/a>, on view in 2018 at Rodrigue Studio New Orleans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAt this point in my career, my paintings became very flat, with strong and simple graphic shapes. \u00a0Essentially they took on the look of the silkscreens. \u00a0I was trying to stretch the boundaries of art within both silkscreening and painting. \u00a0I could use the same image of the dog, yet by altering its color, placement, and number, I could create unique works.\u201d \u00a0-G.R., from the book George Rodrigue Prints: \u00a0A Catalogue Raisonn\u00e9, 1970-2007<\/i>, published by Harry N.
