The three dogs appear like Cajun figures, as though they were cut out and pasted onto the landscape, in the same way George Rodrigue\u2019s ancestors were displaced from their Nova Scotia homeland\u00a0and pasted onto Louisiana. The dogs are not shadowed beneath the oaks, rather they glow brightly, like ghosts, appearing to float within the landscape, yet trapped so that they cannot move.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/product\/all-for-one\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13754\" src=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process1-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process1-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process1-rotated-600x800.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process1-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process1-rotated.jpeg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><br class=\"\" \/>In this newly released print, Rodrigue Studios utilized a 20-color screening process on cotton Coventry Rag paper by a new fine art printing company (pictured).\u00a0In his first Blue Dog silkscreens, Rodrigue created simpler designs with often more than 10 large areas of solid layered colors by\u00a0using hand-cut screens and multiple color runs. However, in many of his later prints, Rodrigue used the latest technology available to him in order to reproduce more complicated designs by\u00a0simplifying the printing process with fewer layered silkscreen colors.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/product\/all-for-one\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13755\" src=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process2-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process2-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process2-rotated-600x800.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process2-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/All-for-One-process2-rotated.jpeg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, with advances in computer design and printmaking technology, digital artists are able to separate and print the colors appearing in even the most intricate paintings designed by Rodrigue which simulates Rodrigue\u2019s first hand-cut multiple color screening process. The result is a more complex, rich reproduction that closely resembles the stone lithographs on soft rag paper, printed in Paris, France for Rodrigue Studios such as <a href=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/art\/signed-prints-8500-20000\/#image-23\"><em>Looking for a Beach House<\/em><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/product\/blue-dog-oak\/\"><em>Blue Dog Oak<\/em><\/a> and most recently the estate release of <a href=\"https:\/\/georgerodrigue.com\/product\/mardi-gras-dog-1991\/\"><em>Mardi Gras Dog<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>*Price and availability subject to change without notice.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All for One, One for All, designed in 2011 by George Rodrigue, is a newly released print in 2021.
